The meal replacement market just got a new player: BOL Foods. The plant-based ready meal company this month announced their first foray into the category with a range of ready-to-drink Power Shakes made exclusively from real whole foods – a point the brand claims is a UK first.
The BOL shakes contain 26 of the essential vitamins and minerals the body needs for a nutritionally complete, healthy meal and come in six different variants.
