How healthy snacking brand Nibble accidentally created a keto-friendly answer to the chocolate chip home baking gap

Healthy snacking brand Nibble are obsessed with removing sugar. They have been since the start, way back in 2016, when founder Erin Moroney – both hypoglycaemic and a keen runner – set about creating a high protein, low sugar snacking option that would fit nicely into her lifestyle and, therefore, meet a specific consumer need.

In 2017, Ocado provided a stage for Nibble to debut its lower sugar, bite-sized protein snack – which are sweetened using coconut nectar and dried plums (which have one of the lowest glycaemic indexes of common dried fruits).
