Six design lessons from the M&S Scottish shortbread range

In 2015, Marks & Spencer senior creative Sarah Kellaghan took on the challenge of designing the packaging for the supermarket’s Scottish shortbread range, as part of the major M&S rebrand that year.

The range – which is still on sale today – was to become part of the M&S Tastes of the British Isles sub brand, which was created “in celebration of the best of M&S’s British food heritage.”
